Growing up in a Caribbean household and spending every summer in Jamaica, Paul was always surrounded by natural methods of healing and preventative health. Believing that the cures for all ailments rested in nature, he took a more serious interest in these areas in 2009. Besides diet and exercise, he focused on the realm of essential oils and their healing properties. He experimented with and successfully made toothpastes, mouthwashes, deodorants, body creams, hair and body oils, body scrubs, facial masks, aftershaves, and perfumes.In 2014 Paul formulated an all-natural hair and body oil and is currently selling it online and at a few outlets. The composition contains 9 essential oils. Each of these ingredients imparts a variety of benefits to skin and hair.
